Our Services
01.Screening Assessments
Briefer, 1-2 hour assessment to identify whether further testing is indicated. Screenings are provided for ADHD and Psychodiagnostic Assessments and can be administered virtually or in office. See Services section for more information.
02.Intellectual Assessments
Administration of cognitive tests often required for private school applications and giftedness placement. Testing occurs on-site only.
03.Comprehensive ADHD Assessment
Detailed assessment that includes a diagnostic clinical interview, cognitive testing, and other tasks. Testing is sufficient to make a DSM-V-TR diagnosis. This assessment is what is often required for documentation for accommodations.
04.Comprehensive Psychodiagnostic Evaluation
Detailed assessment that includes a diagnostic clinical interview, personality/psychopathology inventory, and other tasks. Testing is sufficient to make a DSM-V-TR diagnosis. This assessment is what is often required for documentation for accommodations. Note: If you are seeking an ADHD diagnosis, the comprehensive ADHD assessment is the appropriate test.
05.Concussion Evaluation
Detailed assessment that includes a diagnostic clinical interview, review of medical records, and neuropsychological testing for attention, memory, learning, and executive functioning. Testing is sufficient to make a DSM-V-TR diagnosis. This assessment is what is often required for documentation for accommodations following a concussion or other head injury
06.Comprehensive Autism Assessments
Four stage assessment with clients and their families for clients age six and older. See section on Autism Spectrum Disorder Diagnosis for additional information.
